A lovely friend of mine, Len, has just started the 5:2 or Fast diet in which you eat a very low number of calories on two non consecutive days of every seven. And then try and eat in moderation on the remaining five which I think is the harder part. Anyway, I’ve been looking for low calorie soups to make and freeze and this one fits the bill superbly at about 150 calories a bowl. Could even splash out and have a finger of bread with that!
